The present general contract conditions are applied to the sale of all products or services rendered by Enkargame,s.l. via its web page, and apply to real physical or juridical persons. The request or use by the client of the services of enkargame.com, accept, in each case, the attachment to the general contract conditions in the version published by Enkargame, at the moment of the purchase order. These general conditions may be printed by the client, as well as the information exchanged, copy of payment, or service request with enkargame.com
Product Warranties?
  The products will be delivered in perfect condition. In home electrical appliances the warranty is one (1) year from the date of billing against all material defects or by the time specified in the manucafturer's written warranty delivered with the product, specifying manufacturers and importers responsibility as established in the law (Ley 22/94), which establishes responsibility for damaged goods as well as defective products.
Method of payment?

BANK CONSIGNMENT
Once you have made your purchase via e-mail, the bank account number of enkargame.com will be sent to you. If you use this method of payment, you should send a FAX with proof of mailing and its details, with the aim of handling the order as soon as possible.

How to cancel or postpone an order?
  At any moment, before firmly confirming the purchase, the client can reverse the page and his order will not take effect. If the purchase has been confirmed (the client has received an e-mail thanking him for his order), the client must contact Enkargame via e-mail at clientes@enkargame.com, furnishing the following details to cancel the order:
Name of person making the purchase; date of purchase; client's registered Login and Password to enkargame.com: and service requested. The request will be cancelled
upon receipt of the e-mail message.
If you wish to postpone the delivery, immediately write to us at enkargame.com, and advise us of of the new delivery date. Because of this, we recommend the requested service or purchase be made with several days of anticipation. To cancel or postpone the delivery of the service or product, the changes must be made at least five (5) days from the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery hours and conditions?
  Deliveries shall be made between Monday and Saturday, from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5:30PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 2:00PM. The order should be placed with sufficient time to allow delivery when desired.
